Eye: dodges and airdodges are invisible and go much further
Rib: strong attacks have super armor
Ring: extra jump
Heart: each direct hit heals 2%

@littlest.hedgehog actually, Dracula's megalo form here is his respawn platform! It's not so much of a proper playable form, as much as it is just a little easter egg!
