If figuring out how to download something from the Workshop is already a challenge, this game might not be the best place for you to start. Try something simpler—like turning on a light switch.

also one of the most popular roms on the workshop is legit one where sonic 2 becomes the toy story game, youll be fine

For those cases I would just recommend downloading the ROM and play it in a regular third-party emulator. I know the workshop is practically unmoderated, but I don't want to risk the TOS for no reason.

This is a really cool idea. Unfortunately, Sonic 1 is no longer available for purchase, so people who don't already own it (like me) will never be able to play this. Consider attaching it to another game to widen your audience?
