Well I'll be damned that fel didn't up n' left but rather went on a long hiatus, but thanks anyway for making this temporal patch for the duration of fel's broken borderlands shield mod

apparently the original author may have patched it cause i tested it after the latest update and it doesn't seem to be happening - not sure if this mod is necessary anymore or not. ill leave it up but ill have to test

I actually was looking into that - but for the moment I have yet to come up with a solution...

The lua for the healthbar mod is a lot more complex since it has inter-compatiblity and even dependency on several other mods - so it is hard to pinpoint what exactly is going wrong - or if it is even the bl3 healthbar mod that is the problem since it relies on monster compatibility loader, which itself relies on another mod.

What I have done is narrow down where the error is occurring - what I haven't figured out though is what the code is actually doing or why it is erroring.

If I manage to figure it out though I will definitely post a fix.
