id help you out if I could, but i wouldnt be able to do it right. its not a whole lot to translate though, and since the files easy enough to access you could probably edit a couple lines yourself if you wanted

well I really don't know whats going wrong with your game. Outside of a fresh install (which may not work if you can't delete the changed file) I don't know what else to do

I'm trying to delete it but the files wont delete or leave my pc, idk man. not too good at this shit. Neither before was it easy finding "common\Left 4 Dead 2\update\resource" for me bc that directory just doesn't exist for me ig

thought I did, at this point just want to fix what I've done back to it's original state but when I boot up the game I'm stuck with every menu option saying "#L4D360UI_MainMenu_"

nope, downloaded it and then replaced the file as directed. can't even verify files to reset what I've done :/
