@<SideWayS> It's okay but I will try not to break the immersion since it is difficult for me to understand the lore completely, I know that they are only clothing since that does not define the area, but I will still take you into account, if you see fewer zombies it is because I have optimized the mod since they used many models, I will try to fix that immersion in future updates but the most likely thing is that I will leave this mod for a while as it is now. thanks for playing with this addon :D

This updade kinda made the L4D2 campaigns have less of variety, since the L4D2 default infected models are more repetitive than L4D1, especially their faces and hair. I know you did that so the zombies suit the campaigns since L4D1 are in North and L4D2 is in the South,but since this mod focus is the variety I suggest you make the L4D1 infected appear a bit more often in L4D2 campaigns again since I'm seeing more repetitive zombies.

And I have an idea that can help you make the L4D1 zombies appear in L4D2 campaigns without breaking the immersion: Since L4D2 is set in the South,it's a hot region so it would be normal seeing zombies without hoodies (like in the original game),while the L4D1 campaigns are in the North part of the country that is colder. So you can reduce the amount of L4D1 zombies wearing winter clothes in L4D2 campaigns,but then add more L4D1 zombies that have clothes for hot weather and vice versa,adding more L4D2 infected with winter clothes in L4D1 campaigns

lo digo porque esa campaña hubo militares antes de que llegase el virus y pues estaria chido ver mucha variante de militares aunque no aparazcan en grandes cantidades :)

I've looked into the script and the values are just wrong. They're too low and I don't recommend using decimals. Try double digits like 10-15 instead of 1. And reduce the infected models.

You've put too many infected types in one area.

L4D1 & 2 infected should be kept in their own campaigns. L4D1 infected are from North America, so it would make no sense why they would be in the south where L4D2 take place. The infected are supposed to reflect the campaign's location, so mixing them just breaks the immersion

They also have different styles, for example, the L4D1 infected doesn't use the same texture shading that L4D2 uses which makes them look weird when together.

@Jsen The truth is I don't know what you mean with the above, and about the l4d1 and l4d2 models, for me the Mixing is a good idea since from my point of view they are all Humans and there should be no separation, in addition to adding more variety this is logical the styles may be different but that does not mean that it should be excluded from another, as I said they are all Humans. Regarding that optimization, I have seen that maybe you mean that all the infected are in the same straight line because I have seen that in some populations there are some separations in different links, the truth is I do not know why this disorder and I do not know what it is for, I will try to optimize this mod as much as possible. Thanks for commenting, I never thought that someone who makes a fashion for common infected would see this xD

It might be because there's too many infected models in the population file. Try to reduce the number to single digits instead of copying and pasting all the infected models into one area. That's just poor optimization.

And mixing both L4D1 & 2 infected into all campaigns is just a bad idea. They both have a extremely noticeable model clash since Turtle Rock and Valve have different styles.

For some reason my game crashes at the 4th chapter of death toll. This only happens when I use this mod. I've tried to launch it with vulkan but game crashed even before I could get out of the saferoom. I've managed to complete the chapter when I had realistic population or no population mods at all.

For example, Extended Common Infected Police could wear hats, helments and vest from either or both police mods https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2899886202 and https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3466432932&searchtext= . You don't need the full models, just the requested assets stated earlier.

The truth is I won't do it since it doesn't fit with the gameplay. I can't put humans who behave like zombies, that doesn't make sense. If there's a new model that might fit, I would add it without problems.

@❤༺°GEO_MOD•༻❤ In my personal opinion, there should be armed survivors and militia/resistance groups that tried to fight and survive the outbreak but fell to the infection since it fits in the lore and aesthetics of L4D. For example, in the Parish campaign on the third map (correct me if I'm wrong) was an destroyed helicopter, our survivors mentions ''Zombies didn't take that helicopter down.'' It's implied someone shot it down. Again, it's just my own opinion, it's your choice to add them. I'll be fine with whatever decision you'll make.

@lazy0722 The truth is that those models do not match the aesthetics of l4d2 and I don't know where I could add them haha, the truth is I don't think it is reliable but if you find something that expands the casual civilians of l4d1 or l4d2 I would gladly add them
