I like the background setting of this map—the harbor. However, the scene feels a bit monotonous, and I hope it could be more diverse and the scale could be more grandiose

Very cute, fun mini-Dark Carnival-like campaign. Fairly easy and no surprises. The custom clown tank was awesome, and the gnome Chompsky easter egg was a good challenge. As usual, can always expect a quick, enjoyable campaign from Jim Partridge.

the final holdout is stupid, why the final gate not immediately open after successfully holding out? by the time i finish my team are low hp and tank spawn with the horde just hits us before the door opens. i survived the holdout already, so i felt should have won by then

I do, but we brought the gnomes to the end and weren't sure if it gave any more benefits than the fireworks :)

@kurochama i agree... my main rule is.. .if its slightly a challenge in Normal it's probably about right... also i really dont think people understand how the game works... as a designer i'm just creating the spaces.. the choke points and the spawning cover. It's the game director that generates the specials and the common... based on player behaviours... and a timer

Some people's double standards are always fun to read :steamhappy: . There are other custom campaigns that are way harder & crazier & they didn't complain, yet there's this campaign that's still not as hard as those campaigns, but they complained :steamhappy:. I think it's really that difficult to satisfy people's standards nowadays, like when making easier maps, they say "Too easy" or "Trash", then when making slightly harder maps, they complain again... :steamhappy:

@Jim_Partridge_Mapping I mean, do you tested it on Expert? It is quite common problem to have map working fine on normal but not optimized for higher difficulty, not to say about Realism. And for some people it is turn-off moment.

i have a lot of complains for chapter 2 its so wicked, the specials appears every 30 second, the bots act strangely and keep shooting witches on sight and lastly the gate opening event, not only it summoned horde it also spawn a clown tank, tank + horde is hell combination and inferno for expert players, and to top it off even after surviving those the horde and SI still keep coming, no time to heal or resuply we have to haul ass immediately after dying to horde + tank 5/10

@JAS-C thanks for your comments. I agree with many of them. Think I will be coming back to this campaign to add more polish at some point. :)
