does this have the same amont of provinces as aoh2 kepler? if so then im hoping someone makes one with more provinces

Nice, after making all connections between provinces you can rebuild all provinces backgrounds by deleting folders with numbers in:
map/THEMAP/data/scales/
and delete folders with numbers to rebuild provinces backgrounds

So there won't be so empty pixels between provinces bakground.
