Dang it. Why do so many of the scenarios that I want to play get unpublished!?
Atomic Man 20 Jun, 2019 @ 1:59pm
good scenario! the one thing I believe you should change is the vomiting symptom, the rage virus is a mutated strain of ebola which means that it causes the host to vomit blood at prey. please change that it would make it more to the lore! otherwise great job

I love it. Execution is great and it stays true to lore.

Thank you Roberto, I appreciate the feedback :D

Wow. I love how this plays. The flow of the game starts out feeling like the base game, but the zombies turn the game on its head. Even though I've played it several times, it still feels like a nice surprise when the virus mutates to its final form. The fact that it all feels organic is a real accomplishment. Now, if you'll excuse me, I think I'm going to play this again!

I've never actually seen this in Plague Inc before, and now this has piqued my interest. I always wondered how it would go if it were released for real.

Just what i was looking for

By changing the values of the traits in the ScenarioCreator.exe published by PlagueInc. I am able to add or subtract infectivity, severety, and lethality of the pre-existing/new traits. Hope that answers the question.
Blastoise914  [author] 16 Nov, 2014 @ 11:29am
Reaper, what are you talking about?
Burnt 15 Nov, 2014 @ 4:29am
I found once my plauge was zombies it couldn't be stoped. Zcom did horseshit and if they were in a island I had horde somthing or another.
Blastoise914  [author] 14 Nov, 2014 @ 4:01pm
What aspect was to easy? Let me know and I'll revise it.
Burnt 14 Nov, 2014 @ 1:33pm
I find this to be MUCH to easy on normal. It was not a challenge. Since most people play on normal it's much to easy. Don't know about above Normal. Will edit once figured out
Blastoise914  [author] 12 Nov, 2014 @ 8:47pm
I'm guessing c++, but I could be wrong.

It dit leave UK, last scene in the 28 Weeks Later you see the zombies in Paris (Effel Tower), so you have to assume its at least in the european union and all the way to asia.

I'm not sure if it maded it to the US.
Ketsa 12 Nov, 2014 @ 5:36am
Going to play this, but I'm pretty sure in the movies the virus never even left the UK
Blastoise914  [author] 11 Nov, 2014 @ 8:38pm
Sounds like a good idea, I'll work on it.
Sleepy Head 11 Nov, 2014 @ 4:50pm
Just replayed it with the Severity changes and it's still way too easy on casual but if you move to normal and brutal it's very fun. Good job on this one. :)

One last suggestion I would give is swap 'Vomiting' and the eye bleed (whos name I forgot) around then ramp up severity on Vomiting. Once you get the vomit flowing your infectivity goes wild without the world really caring. Also getting the reduced research speed on the bleeding eye symptom doesn't really help because it's right next to zombies in the tech tree. You can't cure a zombie so I ended up skipping it during my plays.

У меня есть класс , который требует много эссе , а также. Я знаю, как раздражает они могут быть .
ClayClay 10 Nov, 2014 @ 7:26pm

Hey guys, just updated the scenario so that transmission traits now add severety, removing the possibility of it becoming a stealth plague. Hope you guys enjoy it! Let me know if there are any bugs and please give a thumbs up! :D
ClayClay 10 Nov, 2014 @ 4:00pm
Cool, scientific as well :D. Anyway, as Sleepy Head said, I would like if you added some severity to make things a little more interesting. Other than that, thanks for the hard work and keep it up!
hughmil 10 Nov, 2014 @ 9:54am
nice

Unfortunately I don't know c++, but I wish I did.

i know this 28 days later it is an old movie which gave me nightmares for 4 months :D and i will have nightmares for half year

Sleepy Head, Thanks for the suggestion, I'll work on that asap.

Too easy*
The Grammar Gestapo demanded I fix the wrong use of 'to'.
Sleepy Head 8 Nov, 2014 @ 9:29am
Fun virus but you should add some Severity to the transmissions. It was way to easy to build a stealth virus that infected the entire world before it even went into the 'Rage' phase. I had everyone but the middle of Africa infected by the time I started mutating zombies.

If you add some Severity to the transmission vectors it'll add that extra bit of suspense between the cure finishing and your zombie army rising.

Thanks buddy! I thought you guys might like to know a little something about me.

I am a first year med student at Johs Hopkins with a degree focused towards the study of genetic diseases and I plan to one day work for the CDC. I'm working on a thesis paper that involves the reliability of genetically modified viruses acting as conduits for genome therapy.

Hope you guys enjoy the scenario. Please don't forget to rate, and comments on any bugs are more than welcomed!
Dżdżownica 3 Nov, 2014 @ 4:10pm
You definitely have the touch for making diseases, sir.
Can't wait to test it out as soon as I'm home, will tell you my insights.
I hope it isn't too similar to rabies, as I've been working on it and will release it soon

I'd love to see F.E.V. made by you
