You cant change someones race but in the resident board UI you can click a resident and change their PCC and Portrait

In that case, Copy&paste those portrait files from mod folder to your "Elin\Package\_Elona\Portrait" folder and rename them something like "c_f-rat1" or "c_m-rat2" then they will pop-up on random NPCs... but I'm totally not sure if this would work.

I changed the file names of portraits from "c_f-name.png" to "special_n-name.png" so at least these portraits do not pop up on randomly generated NPC from now on.

Hmm... I don't know how random npc generation works so I'm not sure about that. All this mod do is just insert new race & PCC & Portriats in the game so...
