好像只有部分配方有神器和奇迹，这跟木工，锻造这些技能等级有关吗？

Since that update, I was not able to load my save game from main menu.
Also my "New character" menu bugged out.
Without that mod and their dependency the save is able to be loaded.

Yes we can. Enchanted effects will be random, and need recipe and skill level for good/miracle/godly items. (优质品, 奇迹品, 神器品)
If you want to try easier. Open file like "steamapps\workshop\content\2135150\3365224617\EDEFW_Thing_****.csv"
and change "recipeKey" column to "*".

一些配方（奇迹，神器）需要多于5种素材的场合，即使素材齐全，也无法制造那个配方——例如木工桌的法衣（神器），需要原木，布料，细绳，针，奥伦，白金币共6种类素材，则无法制造，推测是由于无法显示出所有所需素材导致的
