Does anyone else had T-pising problem with it in Episodes? In Episodes Alyx is t-posing in cutsceenes, like at the very start when dog digs you up and then with car throing, in episode 2 when using gravity gun ext.) but otherwise(runnung, walking, fighting) works fine.

You should decompile the mod using crowbar and see the path for the materials in the .qc file
