This Add-on in its current state really should contain a brief, initial mention of the VAC warning in the title itself - you shouldn't allow any discernible chance for this warning to be overlooked.

@k9r0ll The thing is, subbing to this addon won't do anything by itself. You still need to extract the content of this addon, the risky part here is renaming the .mdl to .dll which will trigger vac. But I don't think it will ban you if you play offline. I can't recommend playing it online though.

The instructions from the readme are clear as day

step 1: Change .mdl to .dll
step 2: Put game_shader_dx9.dll in gamefolder/bin folder (such as Left 4 Dead 2/bin)
(.dll file need in bin folder)
step 3:Put shader folder in hl2 folder（such as Left 4 Dead 2/hl2）

Dude, it's a .vcs file, not a .DLL, what are you doing? Trolling the players? Good choice.
No file from addons can be suspicious to VAC. You're just spreading misinformation. VAC is not bad enough to ban players for addons. Even if they do - it can be safely appealed. But I'll tell you straight away - people are NOT banned for this addon.
