Wonder why they removed the little rod from the arms that are found on the red hev suit.

Yeah, that's a big part of why I made this mod, to finish the HEV suit's design so it matches how he's generally depicted in retail.

the arms were the ones from promotional art im sure, at some point they were going to be black

The arms are the same, that's why I made this mod, the arms were wrong on the original model.
