It seems that the cause wasn’t the load order after all—my apologies for the confusion!
Vanilla Textures Expanded might be using some kind of special processing.
I’ll try to check the compatibility on my end over the weekend.

Sorrrryyyy I fixed it already! It was vanilla textures expanded; The load order didn't work, I forcefully deleted the file for Texture Expanded's table and it worked; but thank you very much!

I’m not at my PC right now, so I can’t check the issue on my end. Please forgive me for responding based on speculation and without certainty!

This might be resolved by adjusting the load order of your mods. Mods that retexture items will take priority based on their position in the mod list—the ones lower down in the list will overwrite textures.
It’s possible that another mod lower in your list is overriding the textures in my mod.

Some mods I can think of that retexture desks include:
- *Vanilla Textures Expanded*
- *AI Upscaled Textures - Core*
- *Ratkin Lifestyle+*
(There might be others as well!)

If you’re using any of these, try placing my mod lower in your load order than those mods.

Sorrryyyy, but I'm having a issue where the model for the desk isn't showing up? The textures are, so there's just a white sillouette of the ponpeco desk on top of the vanilla school desk?

Here's my church (Mousekin Race) with 4 sections:

Southern room is the heart of the church and place for ceremonies etc.
Western room is the classroom with your school desks.
Northern room is the area for bigger kids which are not yet teenager. I added a table with some papers to draw or practice writing on, a slightly separated sleeping area and corner for reading the kids picture books and the like (Armchair with rug and cushions).
Eastern room is the nursery for the smallest ones. They have a separated sleeping area and can be fed comfortably. Those who want to learn walking can crawl to the table and try holding onto it to stand up. The cushion there can be used to sit and play with them. I used your flower table because it looks much lower.

By "an empty one," do you mean a variant without all the decorations, like the books or clock? Did I understand that correctly?
It doesn’t seem like it would require a separate mod, so I think I can add it as a bonus within this mod’s folder.
I’ll aim to work on it soon, most likely by next week, if all goes well. I’d appreciate your patience until then!

Could you make an empty one too please? I have some decorative things like candles I'd like to put on them... although thye don't really fit my medieval playstyle, they're just too cute to miss out!
