what does the library do does it improve edication. like it is the short cut to a quikly educated population?

I figured out what the library does:
It allows your citizens to see books for free, and thus increases their happiness.
I got this from the french version of the mod; I just plugged the description into google translate.
Shame though, I was kinda hoping it would allow nomads and other uneducated adults to become educated later in life.

Agreed @Fierysaint until Red-Ketchup comes back and puts his mods back on the workshop, why shouldn't we be able to use the same mod uploaded by a different person. If you come back, Red-Ketchup, I will gladly unsuscribe all of the mods that aren't originals. But until then, I'll keep subscribing.

The creator should be credited, even if he seems to have removed all of the originals out of angst.

Where the hell are you RedKetchup?? RedKetchup needs to re-post his mods. Until then I will happily use his hijacked mods! When he re-posts I will unsubscribe the rip.

If you're not going to upload a FREE mod to the workshop, don't cry when someone else does it for you. As for "original author" the comments have done that for him.
