It works very well in 6.1.4
Moon 20 Apr @ 7:45am
dunno why, but seems like it is not working. The corruption textures are invisible
luich 18 Apr @ 4:45pm
nice!

This is tops! Looks like the new update did something... not seeing the full corruptions of this mod. Could we get an update for this?
NorscanWarlord 13 Mar @ 3:56pm
would be cool if Tzeentch corruption spawned some more crystals and khorne those spikes, but anyway good job on the corruption visuals, i like them more than vanilla
MightNight 12 Jan @ 10:39am
Fair enough. I'll keep this mod active because I prefer it. I just like both of them haha. Phenomenal job on the mods btw, I use them all!
Le druide  [author] 12 Jan @ 9:34am
MightNight : No. I don't like Dynamic World because the buildings are so small that they appear as little dots at normal zoom levels which doesn't add anything visually. And changing vegetation based on race makes no sense; as if by conquering a territory, you replant the entire forest... In fact, I think Dynamic World is typically an overrated mod.
MightNight 12 Jan @ 9:09am
Is there any chance we could get a Dynamic World compatible version? Both of these mods are too good to pass up haha
luich 29 Dec, 2024 @ 2:24pm
nice!

elgato_86 : no
elgato_86 27 Dec, 2024 @ 3:02am
does this work with dynamic world?
Voltorx 14 Dec, 2024 @ 8:32pm
Cool thank you :WH3_arsebelcher:
Le druide  [author] 14 Dec, 2024 @ 8:32pm
Nope
Voltorx 14 Dec, 2024 @ 8:31pm
Does this need a update for 6.0 ? :SkullNBones:

Jaco. ^^
Jaco.Maumtiesse 12 Dec, 2024 @ 5:42am
petit problème avec "Old world" et "Campaign Weather Overhaul". Weather Overhaul doit être charger avant Old world mais Creepy Creeps ne fonctionnera pas, et si je met celui-ci au dessus des deux autres, la corruption disparait.

Honestly, a great mod.
For me the big things are the skaven corruption having a visual, and better distinction between the corruptions!
Le druide  [author] 24 Nov, 2024 @ 7:48pm
NorscanWarlord : Ahah glad you found a solution! It was, indeed, quite convoluted. Well done, I hope your comment will help others in the same case. Good game!
NorscanWarlord 24 Nov, 2024 @ 10:41am
Tried some things, so this is what i came up with, my modlist is Mixu's Unlocker, Immortal Empires Expanded, Campaign Weather Overhaul and Creepy Creeps, if i move Immortal Empires Expanded above Campaign Weather Overhaul it works fine, just thought i'd let you know, finally found the issue and a work around :)
NorscanWarlord 24 Nov, 2024 @ 9:24am
hmm i'll do more digging and i come back if i find anything
Le druide  [author] 24 Nov, 2024 @ 8:22am
NorscanWarlord : Sorry you had to do that, I know it's a pain. Ok, so I just re-tested under the same conditions as you and with the default mod loading priority order (Campaign Weather Overhaul above Creepy Creeps) and everything seems to work. I also dug into the mod files and nothing seems to conflict with my mod. So... I don't understand. Sorry... use my other mod "Grim Lighting" insteed, :p
NorscanWarlord 24 Nov, 2024 @ 5:41am
weird, i turned off all my mods with just those 2 activate, i even turned all my mods on 1 by one after that, well thanks for the info
Le druide  [author] 24 Nov, 2024 @ 5:03am
NorscanWarlord : I just tested, it works well with Weather Overhaul. You have another mod that is causing problems.
NorscanWarlord 24 Nov, 2024 @ 3:52am
not compatible with Campaign Weather Overhaul, the corruption goes invisible
Voltorx 23 Nov, 2024 @ 11:46pm
Cool thank you.
Le druide  [author] 23 Nov, 2024 @ 8:06pm
Voltorx : It can be added into a campaign. Like every graphical mods.
Voltorx 23 Nov, 2024 @ 7:07pm
Can this be added into a campaign or do you need to start a new one. :SkullNBones:
Le druide  [author] 23 Nov, 2024 @ 9:10am
Arny : i don't know.
Arny 23 Nov, 2024 @ 8:38am
This worfs for SFO? :)
Amaizing job.
Dirigible 22 Nov, 2024 @ 9:05pm
Fair :) I meant no offence in my ignorance, it was just opinions based on the showcase and your comments before I used it. The changes you've made are grand regardless
Le druide  [author] 22 Nov, 2024 @ 7:47pm
Dirigible :

- For nurgle, I didn't touch the texture, I just put texture #3 in place of texture #2, so the colors are those of the original game. And for the trees, I simply lowered the green tint because in plant life, green means good health and I don't want nurgle to be good for plants.

- For slaanesh, his trees are not "just grey-ish like other corruption", it gives you that impression because they are surrounded by the pinkish creep. In reality, if you place them next to any other tree, you will see that it is a very particular color.

- For Tzeentch, I do not think that the color "gold" is possible with the texture of the vegetation. It will simply be yellow like the marsh grasses or mustard.

- I highly recommend not using my mod with Dynamic World because it undoes 75% of what I did, which was matching the color of the vegetation to the color of the creep.
Dirigible 22 Nov, 2024 @ 6:52pm
I slightly agree with Pawlak, like I would tone down the redness of Nurgle corruption just a smidge. But otherwise the combination of green and red works well. I mean, that is the colour palette of a lot of Nurgle units, so it kinda makes the land look like rotting flesh. Brighter unnatural colours do work well for demon corruption though, and Nurgle isn't *just* rot, so green vegetation on rotting soil works more imo. In a similar vein, Slaanesh corruption turning trees a dark, almost rich purple could work, rather than it just being kinda grey-ish like some other corruption. If you want to do something for Tzeentch maybe you could try gold-ish trees, or gold grass and teal trees

Either way the mod's good, I'm gonna do some runs with both this and Dynamic World and see how it turns out
Le druide  [author] 21 Nov, 2024 @ 4:40pm
patryk_wesierski16 : Dynamic world will overwrite my vegetation but not my creep textures.

For the "Skaven corruption mod", if you are talking about a mod that modifies the bonuses of Skaven corruption, there is no problem. If you are talking about a mod that modifies the visuals of Skaven corruption then there will be a conflict with my mod.
patryk_wesierski16 21 Nov, 2024 @ 7:24am
Does that mean that we can use dynamic world but without vegetation changes from this mod ? And what about skaven corruption mod ?
Baskiney 21 Nov, 2024 @ 4:40am
This modder coming out of nowhere (for me) with these absolute bangers. Thanks for your work.
Le druide  [author] 21 Nov, 2024 @ 3:46am
Pawlak : The problem I have with a very green Nurgle corruption is that it looks a lot like green grass and healthy trees, which isn't very creepy... ^^
Leaf 21 Nov, 2024 @ 3:16am
am i blind cause i see no difference for the tzeentch one
A mossy rock 21 Nov, 2024 @ 2:49am
You're on a streak with these mods le druide, well done m8
Pawlak 21 Nov, 2024 @ 2:41am
Everything looks great, especially vampire corruption. The only thing i would change is make the nurgle more green and less red.
Le druide  [author] 21 Nov, 2024 @ 2:09am
Stanley Bishop : They are not compatible because they both modify the vegetation. You will still get the creep textures though.
Stanley Bishop 21 Nov, 2024 @ 1:48am
Looks really nice, I assume Dynamic World should be compatible since it only changes what spawns on top of the corruption?
Le druide  [author] 21 Nov, 2024 @ 1:13am
Skitarii boi : Ahah yes, I tried different things, but nothing was very convincing. No change for the Lord of Change. ^^

PS : I'm open to any suggestions, knowing that I already tried to put his grass the same color as his trees and the result was... sad.
Skitarii boi 20 Nov, 2024 @ 11:22am
tzeench being the one that looks like it changed the least is kinda funny
TheOpiumMan 20 Nov, 2024 @ 2:47am
Very cool idea !
NorscanWarlord 19 Nov, 2024 @ 10:07pm
hope you continue adding the rest of the corruptions like tzeentch etc, looks great btw!
patryk_wesierski16 19 Nov, 2024 @ 8:46pm
I have mods for Hashut corruption and the one for Skaven corruption, are those incompatible ?
Ciaphas Cain 19 Nov, 2024 @ 11:12am
Looks much better than vanilla
Not sure how any dev thought it looked good in vanilla xD
modmodmod 19 Nov, 2024 @ 1:16am
Looks good
PartyAt8 18 Nov, 2024 @ 3:59pm
This is fire man, I hope you add all Corruptions eventually and maybe even Hashut from the Corruption of Hashut mod. Super wishful thinking maybe but it would be amazing. Thanks for this!
Sin 17 Nov, 2024 @ 10:26pm
Woah!!! This is really sick!!! especiallyyyy LOVE the Chaos Corruption look
