NB: As long as the game event is still in game files, the mod should work no matter the game version

Hi,
For wathever reason, the struggle started in 796 in my current playthrough. I dont think its an edge effect of this mod since the trigger conditions of the custom on_action in this mod explicitly say current_date >= 821.1.1.
