All required variables to fire the cannon have been met, including pre-game creation variables i.e enabling the mod.
I tried unsubscribing and subscribing the mod and using it from there however that did not fix my issue.
I'm aware you're unaware on how to fix a mystery issue, though I'd like to hear any possible theories to why this is occurring.
- S&D DLC is enabled.
- Mod is enabled.
- Artillery is loaded.

and I have verified game files, which also did not fix the issue.
