@senia That was the idea to simulate propulsion loss. When you get closer to the transport that is when the message pops that propulsion is back in a small capacity, it can now go to 2/3s speed and the unit transfers to your control to direct it away from the danger zone. Its impossible to restrict a units speed under your control during a mission speed in the editor so some roleplay is needed to keep it at 2/3's speed after you get the message that propulsion is back
