Isn't this just the Harmburg but for Demo? Change the paint region from the entire top of the hat to the yellow strip going around the hat and it's fine.

Is it paintable or not? In one of the images you see the Bright style on a Blu demo, and it looks like it's Waterlogged Labcoat. But that might just be how it looks on Blu, no paint. You can't say for sure just by looking at the images since that style is shown on a Blu demo only once in the promos.
