just nitpicking here but I feel like the hand pulling the charging handle should be more tilted, like how you pull an AK charging handle, because it works with Vance handmodels but with the HL2 handmodels it looks like Gordon is gently pulling it with the tip of his fingers

Well shit which is funny because the hitscan mod you linked with this mod work with mmod so it would be a killer combo if you added support with mmod to this mod

Straight up an upgrade from the normal crossbow in every way. Looks cool, feels great to shoot, and is, overall, just a bettter long-range weapon due to hit-scan shots.

great mod i use the crossbow (sniper rifle) allot more now but it seems the model dosnt work in the episodes or am i just doing something wrong? if not pls add it its an awseaome model

Alright, thank you for explanations. Even though the Workshop support is limited as it would seem, it's better for Half-Life 2 to have it than not. Valve truly is one of the best gaming companies out there and people who claim that it's not are just kinda weird to be honest.

I would probably have to replace the rpg laser to do that, and I want this mod to be as conflict free as possible. Chalk it up to this prototype removing the laser for stealth reasons.

Use serverside ragdolls mod to stop the crossbow from pinning. It's honestly not a feature but pinning does not work on serverside ragdolls so it works out when using mods like this.
