It'd be fantastic only IF you can choose as many extra outcomes as facilities you've built.

Like if each facility focused on a branch and delivered a masterful project.

@Torres not possible in vanilla. each unique upgrade event can only be triggered once. But the mod to change that trigger limit or make you choose all the options is possible though
