When i load the mod i get an error that it miss the Hellcate rifle, so the dlc anomaly is required ?

This is a direct update of the original any CE functionality should still be there...hopefully

Do these contain the CE patches like the original, or is this custom-made, thus no CE? sorry for bein' annoyin'

So i fixed a massive bug. turns out i've been spelling Caesar wrong this whole time which was causing things not to work
