Like the man lost in a desert forgets the drop of water that allowed him to reach the oasis, this mod shall, in time, be forgotten, but it sustained us until the official Sunny update.

I have no plans to update the mod at this time. Cassette Beasts 1.8 will add Sunny as an official Partner using the custom sprites from 1.7 and give her the appropriate story quests. My job here is complete.

Know when you will add Fusion with sunny? I really want to be OP with a really cool character

Literally solved my main issue with the game.

when/if ever you get around to updating this to use the 1.7 content, do you think you could leave this current version up somewhere? i've been using this version of sunny as a conduit for a second player character via save editing since she doesn't have unique battle sprites overriding her outfit like everyone else

Not sure if you knew but with the introduction of Magrikrab's Gauntlet there is an official fight sprite of Sunny, I just ran into her, not sure if that means she also has default fight stats and such, but would be worth looking into I think?

So, weird report to make: Fast traveling to Night's Bridge Station with Sunny causes your partner to be set to Kayleigh instead. Doesn't seem to happen when fast traveling anywhere else, even to campfires with the QoL Mod - only Night's Station causes it. You can go to the station on foot and that's fine too, specifically fast traveling is the problem.

i for one cant wait for the fusion story to happen, im keeping my eyes open for any and all updates

This looks amazing! can't wait to give it a go. Would absolutely love a Gwen mod that not only makes her a partner but also a romance option. :D

The (planned) partner quest for Sunny would involve her realizing the corporate-mandated Pawndead she was using no longer suits her updated style, but it isn't there yet. For now, you can give her one on your own.

Also she joined with a pawndead, I had a mascotoy in the team when I recruited her so maybe that’s why
