As stated by others below, the first Harpoon waves are basically unstoppable, meaning that you begin the scenario with half your forces destroyed. Highly annoying, as no sane commander would put forces there to begin with for that very reason.
I've edited the scenario on my end to make it playable.

This mission has taken bunch of my nerve cells. Please switch harpoons to bombs in a6 first strike. Harpoons now can't be countered, only bugusing with terrain drop.
Also give player a clue that his right boats strike group in danger. For example turn On radars on enemy counter boats. Now this group just disappear with no warnings.
And also player ship always shoud start EMCON.
Overall very good.

annoying mission, particularly the fact you dont start in emcom and have minimal ways to conceal your forces, which are dispersed in such a way that makes them punching bags. the missile corvettes are basically fodder

My feedback: I had a really hard time trying to take out the destroyer/cruiser cruise that attacks via the western side of the map. I simply did not have enough anti ship missiles. I'm sure I could have maybe improved my attack vector, but even blasting everything I had at them, they just shot it down. Once you've fired that salvo of whatever you have, that's it, and I found myself having to quit the scenario because I was simply out of options. I could've sailed my oscar class forward, but just like all submarines in this game, they take multiple real life hours to get anywhere at actual stealthy speed. Just a bunch of whining from me, honestly, but I feel like there's more options missing.
