steam can be a bit of a pain updating things try restarting the game or steam that tends to work

i mean, the rails in the sub have a size of 5 units.

This sub works great, the only time I had issues was due to pilot error (I was distracted by the Coast Guard boat on my tail and crashed into an ice floe)

the fact that it's so well built makes me question, how does he know all these info about makeshift submarines to trafic special candy for grown adults to delight themselves with that only a sinic would say that are illegal and damages your health.

They're not actually submarines (most of them) they just have a very low profile in the water
