I finally found the Mod that conflicts with this one, it's the "Ultrakill Style" Mod. I don't know why, since that one is just UI.

there isnt any aftereffect, it just works as a normal bullet based upon the number of the damage multiplier

What exactly is the pistols aftereffect, of sorts? It's weird, as any other gun, even the Slab Pierce's Alt works, but not the normal effect?

pistol uses a hitscan, so i dont really know what could cause this issue

This is awesome! The only problem I have found is that the pistol cannot shoot the coin that comes out of the marksman, or is it just me?

For the models, just a couple days ago an updated weapon pack was made for gmod, has the models ported from sfm. It's called "ULTRAKILL Weapons Pack [Updated]", they're even properly rigged so you can animate them.

this works SO well especially for how recent it is, easily my favorite ultrakill weapons mod
of course it's missing some things like proper viewmodels and minor weapon behaviors, but overall this works great, I hope you can continue updating this
