midas ruins runs too often!

i wouldnt have any complaints about this mod other than midas (maybe touch of gold) ruining runs everytime, because im playing with tmtrainer always on, i cant even reach the coal mines after the first holy mountain.
could you please possibly add a setting that allows you to disable certain spells/effects from the pool?

This is a cool mod, but I think that you should make it always spawn under the mountain, like in the Get a perk mod, it will be better then turn on or off in the settings.
