@El_Tola

Probably wont happen, i can definely see it happening for blunt weapons, but sharp weapons are a whole new gameplay feature

dont know how this mod could realistically adapt to it, still holding hope it can though

I really liked this mod, but one problem we found when running on my server is there is no sandbox config that can change the XP multiplier or so. I hope it will possible to do that soon.

I really hope this gets ported to b42, i genuinely cant play without this

i don't get any xp for weaponsmithing. i spent months on a save, and never got to level 1

Mate you need metalworking 1 I think and it won't show if you don't have hammer and screwdriver

It's a cool addition to the game, another immersion thing to add on. My only question is the XP needed to level this up. I've been repairing and sharpening weapons for a while but have maybe 3.25 XP out of 75 for the first level alone. Getting to rank 10 seems like literally impossible even if you played for years with one character. Am I just missing something?

Fun note - the mod does work great but i did notice that it can only be put on the first floor/ground level anything above that seems to stop working not allowing the bench to be made overall 10/10

cant believe i missed having a crafting bench

for those that are asking the repair works for modded weapons to my knowledge, but sharpen does not. repair give maintenance xp so weaponsmith xp is a bit of a grind

Can this be used on modded weapons? Or weapons that are being enhanced by mods?

UyTheo 26 Nov, 2024 @ 5:16pm
Does this work on modded weapons?
pgames-food 25 Nov, 2024 @ 5:43pm
cool i have lots of shiney rings ive been collecting for scrap gold and silver :)

btw @gimbo, i think if someone put some diamond rings wedged into a baseball bat, they could be very effective since they are i think one of the hardest or sharpest meterials we have :)
Markovicz 25 Nov, 2024 @ 5:10am
who needs build 42 right
Holynevil 24 Nov, 2024 @ 10:29pm
would it conflict with Weapon Modifier mod?
Bebcio 24 Nov, 2024 @ 5:09am
I Have a few sugestions 1.upgrading for blunt weapons should be called " hardening" or something like That. 2 the upgrades shouldnt be just flat damage upgrades , maybe you could and a crit chance bonus or a higher knockdown chance 3. Maybe durabillity upgrades like making a better handle or shaft .
whatahell  [author] 23 Nov, 2024 @ 6:25am
It would be very limited if it were only for blades, that was the original idea. And as far as repair is concerned, it's just to make something ‘abundant’ that serves no purpose functional
Gimbo 23 Nov, 2024 @ 3:46am
the idea is cool but should make some researches about real repair materials, cause repair a baseball bat with gold or metal it's not realistic at all, also the sharpening should be only for blades , or weapons with a blade on top,
