It seems I need to post somethng to finally get it.
It is right in the description, but I did not notice.
Row House functions as a Boarding House.
My bad

One Row House should be able to hold 28 people.
I started with 16 people. Some adults some children.
Built only one Row House.
All children grew up and for some reason, nobody is reproducing.
Built another Row House, but no one is moving into it.
Then, decided to build a vanila stone house. Two people instantly moved in and after a short while, one child was born.
Something is bugged with this mod.
At least in my case.

How many people can fit in the thatched and tiled houses? How many children can be born to parents living in those houses?

I'm having the same issue, no one will live in these houses

im having a problem where my citizens are strongly avoiding living in the house even if all other houses are packed with people and the japanese house is significantly closer to thier job

Please, can you make a whole Japanese set for the game, so that we can play in the edo period or something like that. Maybe even change the character models to be wearing kimonos, that'd be really awesome.

Is anyone else having a problem where people assigned to the builder profession who live in a row house will stay at home bugged out for ages? It says they are working or gathering resources but they are clearly just stuck at home.

The row house is too small in scale, and the thatch house is very expensive. Great models besides that though

Japanese houses are more expensive than vanilla house for no apparent benefit. The smoke comes directly from the roof without any visible chimney.

Other than that, it looks good.

Keep in mind. That the row house is like a "temporary" house, so people will only live there, until a proper house becomes available.
