I dont know if the update of the game caused any bugs on this so report if you meet one
Deconvolution  [author] 28 Dec, 2024 @ 9:39pm
@axisslyr maybe, but maybe after the game become less buggy and unstable though
axiss_5.45x39mm 28 Dec, 2024 @ 3:53pm
willl you incorporate more ships into the refit program?
Deconvolution  [author] 12 Dec, 2024 @ 12:04am
@blayas Thank you, and for many of the vessels you mentioned, I think they might be brought to the game as soon as the model import is supported as they are already in the game 'Cold Waters'
blayas 11 Dec, 2024 @ 9:13pm
Very Nice mods! even if fictional they are organic I would say, and fit into whatif scenarios with the Orel,

do you plan to bring new units when import is supported?
Would really appreciate the Kalinin, Akula, Sierra I/II and Oscar II for the current period.

And the new frigates/corvettes, Pyotr, Yasen, improved kilo and perhaps the recently refitted Nakhimov (kalinin) for modern scenarios :)

Fixed bugs causing the front 3R95 idle
Changed the DC team number to 2
You can force the update by resubbing it if it wasnt done automatically
Deconvolution  [author] 6 Dec, 2024 @ 7:42pm
@KirbyMirror2 The M-1M Volna is directed by the giant peelgroup radars that have been replaced by 3R95 radars for SAN9 and what you're talking about is the MR-105 Gun director radar for the front AK726
KirbyMirror2 6 Dec, 2024 @ 10:33am
The fire control radar for the original M-1M Volna launcher on front is still present in this model. One of the Uragan (SA-N-7) illuminators is sitting atop on it.

@pukpa If you mean fictional, yes
pukpa 4 Dec, 2024 @ 6:14am
I understand that Pr.61A is an unmodified plan, is that correct?

@The Generic Guy Yes I know those refits, they built the dipping sonar structure upon the helipad and then added some harpoon-like stuff in the 90s. The thing is, via simple kitbashing it's painful to modify the ship hull itself (it's like playing lego with incorrect blocks) so I decided to make it an simpler air-defense one.
The other reason I considered is that in Seapower universe the soviets built carrier strike groups but there're no capable Anti-air ships other than those giant cruisers (and they are trashy in close-in intercepting).
The Generic Guy 3 Dec, 2024 @ 1:30am
IIRC most proposals for refitting the Kashins in the 80s with M-22 replaced the MG-312 Titan sonar set with some derivative of MGK-335 Platina. They may have also added a dipping sonar (Stenka style, not a true VDS). Would be a good way to make it more believable.

Another thing common to Kashin refit proposals was replacement of the AK-726 w/ AK-100

Can you make the kashin with ss-n-2 launchers?
Von Tofke 1 Dec, 2024 @ 4:42am
top!
Deconvolution  [author] 30 Nov, 2024 @ 10:39pm
@1156978923 I do want a 1134BF in the game but with only kit bashing it's a no go for me sadly
1156978923 30 Nov, 2024 @ 10:36pm
I would like you to make 1134BF azov and 1144.2 frunze, both of which are historical ships and have special features, and these ships are already in the armaments game
Deconvolution  [author] 30 Nov, 2024 @ 10:16pm
@1156978923 No, historically the soviet union decided to count more on the submarines and just left most of the early-built surface combat ships to rot. I made these because in the SeaPower universe it's obvious that the rednavy built several Carrier strike groups so it would be weird for them to put some old useless (man, I mean the bunch of SAM3-equipped ships, seriously) ships in that fleet.
1156978923 30 Nov, 2024 @ 10:10pm
Is this ship historical?
Deconvolution  [author] 29 Nov, 2024 @ 8:43am
@HARDKOR KROKODAJL May be with Unity tools? I don't know much about it. However it seems quite difficult as if it's possible there should be a lot of new models here in the workshop.
SKIBIDI_RIZZLER123 29 Nov, 2024 @ 7:34am
one more question can you import custom models into game? or its impossible at this moment?
Deconvolution  [author] 28 Nov, 2024 @ 8:37pm
Thank you, actually at the very beginning I was to make that udaloy II but found out the SS-N-14 launchers are impossible to remove and so as the SS-N-22s on the Sovremenny and gave up.(the SS-N-22 missiles wont fit in udaloy's much shorter launchers)

Currently I'm working on the 1134kresta and maybe I'll make an alternate one with the Kh58s with boosters replacing the SS-N-14 missiles
SKIBIDI_RIZZLER123 28 Nov, 2024 @ 9:54am
great mod! can you make udaloy II or krivak IV?
Deconvolution  [author] 26 Nov, 2024 @ 8:20am
@MichelHalsey I did try to add some ASM on the ship but the problem is that almost all of these large missile launchers on soviet ships except for those have elevation animation got the model built into the ship and I cant extract them.XD
But as that is a historical configuration, I guess the developers will add it in the future?
MichelHalsey 26 Nov, 2024 @ 7:44am
Nice mod! Next maybe Kashin Mod. version with 4 Styx missile?
安格玛污王 24 Nov, 2024 @ 7:30pm
Oh it works just fine. :)
Deconvolution  [author] 24 Nov, 2024 @ 7:26pm
@安格玛污王 Didnt do that because I wasnt sure if there is enough room for that big TopSteer Plate to rotate. XD
安格玛污王 24 Nov, 2024 @ 1:45pm
Well done! :steamthumbsup:I just built my own version of the BOD
"Provorny" with 2 SA-N-7 Launcher and 8 Front Dome FC radar. https://navsource.narod.ru/photos/02/177/index.html
You can replace the Big Net Radar with Top Steer Radar from the Sovremenny Class. Just a suggestion :)

This mod has changed my life. My whole outlook on everything that exists in this world, in fact even in the entire universe. I can never look at anything I know the same way ever again. This mod represents emotions most humans could never comprehend. But I can. Thanks to this mod I have been awakened to many things previously thought unimaginable. Thank you.
