While my damaged T/A-30 was wearing the colors of your beloved Mabel, I dropped a single 250KT nuke on an airbase... A blow that would be the final in a game of escalation. Then, I nursed the wounded aircraft back to the carrier, leaking fuel. Gear down, flaps down, tailhook down... "Please, Mabel... Get me home" I thought.. The wheels hit the deck with a spine-shattering thump as the tailhook brought me to an abrupt halt. I got out of the aircraft. "Thank you, Mabel." I said as she was taken below deck for repairs...



10/10 would go to battle in any aircraft wearing Mabel's colors again.
