I don't know if it works, you can select everything normally, but IDK if the bonus from the perk works (the user below me said that, for me I just like the title of "god emperor"... so If you need just vanity, yeah, this still works on 4.0)

Does not work. No Unity increase, no research speed and probably nothing else too.
