What if it healed you faster the less health you had?

I've looked at the other mod. This one's pretty simple by comparison. Evil entity scripting demons.

That's just how the mod works. I've heard some issues with the other one, so I'm keeping this implementation around for others to try. I've modified the mod to no longer spawn on you unless it is currently enabled.

Hey, only problem I see is the health spawns on you (same with the shield) rather than give it to you like the health stations. Another mod where it does that doesn't have this issue. And the other problem is when clicking off either or of the health or shield mods it still spawns it in. The shield one is also bugged where it spawns and stays making it sort of annoying to have on.

Kind of mind goblin-y without a cap (like 30~40 health max). Would definitely cause a player like me to prioritize cover/fleeing and idle until I hit 100 health after/during every single combat encounter where healing isn't immediately an option, which would be really pace-killing.

it happens only in custom maps and the 2 episodes

by the way this game already has a health regeneration system that is used in the start of the game and I think might also be used in Portal

weirdly enough it happens to me as well, I think it might be texture mods doing something, but I am not sure

I've been unable to see where this happens. Does this happen consistently for you or only on one particular session?

the health vital packs dont get despawned, if i stand afk for a few minutes its just gonna be a pile of healthkits under my feet

10 per 10s. It's faster than it feels.

how much health dose it regenerate?

A nice workaround for the !player not having an AddHealth function. (Wish it did, that would make things simpler.)
