Sorry but all was in description which was unfortunately lost. If you keep chugging tonics you will need some ambrosia now and then to get rid of negative effects that stack long term.

Other crew member can health scan you to see full list of what u have and how much, i made it this way so that when u open health UI, you wont have 20 icona jump at you. About doctor thing, i thought i dosabled that mechanic, whatever u pay to remove there will be removed, these afflictions are not tied together, they are just applied at the same time. Also u cant drink more than 5 tonics of any kind so there is no worry you would waste them.

Also if i cure the tonic toxicity buildup at a doctor, will it remove the tonics and/or toxicity? Or will it have no effect and I'll just lose money?

Is there a way to check what tonics I already have applied? I can't always remember what I've applied and I don't want to accidentally use/buy more than what I need.

(I ask because the afflictions don't show up other than Toxicity, but I assume that's intended and not a mod incompatibility.)

Its Tonic Toxicity, it keeps your Toxicity above certain treshold. Panacea lowers this Tonic Toxicity so over course of game, u can stack more Tonics. To check your afflictions from Potions and Tonics, use healthscanner from other character.

i think there is a glitch with the toxicity, because i drank a bunch of panacea and antitoxin potions that lowers my toxicity a little bit and then goes right back up. is that supposed to be normal or not?

U can find or buy them, I didnt want to bother with needless alchemy and 50 new resources for it. That would make mod Potions + Clutter

Added permanence potion, keeps rest of potion effects full at cost of its own stacks.

Well, it takes a lot for tonics to buff u up, but troll blood tonic will help keep your crew alive.

Its all in description, potions are temporary, they have duration and adaptive ones have stacks that are depleted by time and by being used. If u drink healing potion and ur not damaged, it will last long time, but if ur gravely wounded, it will be gradually used and depleted. Tonics do not have duration and can be drank 5 times per character for full effect (5 tonics, 20% each)

Tonics are semi permanent, they are affliction so they are removed on death but other than that they do not expire. About crafting, that would need whole new crafting station and bunch of crafting materials and thats just more clutter so not at the moment, but i will think about it.

Yeah but also huge rehaul of game. Bigger the mod is, smaller the chance of it seeing light of day.

I would love for their to be a mod that turns turrets into medieval-ish siege engines, and jobs being converted to medieval jobs.

And all the guns in the game are removed in exchange for medieval ranged weaponry going up to arquebus blackpowder guns as the final tier. This could also include medieval melee weaponry as well. Would be an interesting concept for sure.
