If you ever noticed combine soldiers having janked up animations when you play on a server, This mod is likely the cause.

i dont know if this is a bug or not, but i have lost coast and all hl2 things but u said to requirments. So why is there errors everywhere? Am i meant to have something? Can i get some help on this please?

there are some problems with the wooden bridge. If you were looking at the wooden bridge a certain way it will just vanish. So it has the feeling like you are walking on air. And it seems that sometimes I keep falling off of the invisable bridge. So may you please fix that.

I'm getting the same problem. Some props pop in and out and other don't. I don't know what the problem could be.

The orignal Lost Coast map works fine so I assume this might have something to do with the removal of the func_areaportals. I hope @Kidnation might know whats up.

@NinjaTheDude, Ok thats fine, as long as I'm atleast included in the credits because this did take A LONG TIME to compile and re-put this together, and instead of the BSP, I can give you the VMF instead.

@Avious, It was a test for Valve, they tested some new technology (Bloom) on this map, and also used a performance test on it as well, to see how well the normal user's FPS would stand it.

@GABE_MINE, If the npc is a manhack or scanner, then they would need air nodes and some scripted events, if the npc is a gunship or helicopter, the reason they will not move anywhere else accept the spot they where spawned in is because there are no path_tracks to move along, and therefor will act as the spot they spawned at, as the only path_track to them and will move back to it if they are moved in "unnatural ways", they would need path_tracks around the map, they connect like a railroad track, the only downside to that is they are "restricted" to the path_track, meaning they don't move freely like manhacks or scanners, but they will move along it and will try to get the best beat on their target, if any.

@GABE_MINE, Depends on the npc, are you talking about a Gunship or Helicopter? those are the only npcs I know of that would have that behavior.

thanks Kidnation. its a great map. but like some other maps ive played flying npc's will not move from where they were spawned and will go back if moved away with the phy gun? why is this and will you fix it?

@GABE_MINE, actually it's not, it's because of a trigger_hurt thats enabled when you go to the church so when you fall, you wont survive, valve made it so when you die it loads up the previous save, but in gmod thats different because of a respawning system, so the trigger_hurt is still enabled when you respawn because no save was loaded, and therefor killing you at a constant rate when ever you respawn. The animation for blackout.mdl (when you wake up and get up from the beach) is only played once and is actually killed from the map once it's done, but yes the constanly dieing bug is fixed because I removed all trigger_hurts. :paws:

in the normal version of lost coast map if you die and respawn you get killed forever. it might have something to do with the animation when you wake up
