fyi I might come back to course-making if s&box releases, in 2025 I just don't see gmod as a good platform for this sorta stuff, it's too limiting

Q menu > Entities > Campaign Entities > Noclip Granter + Weapon Spawn Blocker. These are part of the Campaign Entities addon, you can configure them by opening their context menu too

well that sounds like a problem with DrGBase not the save, disable it
