@Ashardalon gravity cannon?

Out of boredom, I did a remake of this mod, updated models (with Gravel Reactor labels), fixed emission lights. Used current keen reactor SBCs just changed to gravel for fuel and matched your power outputs :3 even though it's 99% remade, I give all creds to him for the idea.

Irl if you heat gravel enough to liquefy, it will fuse together. now you have a rock.
rock your waste at your ennemies is really monkey'ish, but hey if it works... :steammocking:

I would like to have another mod that use gravel to make a block/munition for the gravity canon's use

We can't Control the Speed of Consumption of the Fuel, the only way that it could be possible would be is to Make a new Fuel from Gravel (Fuel Rod = 200 Gravel) and Then use that as Fuel
Dabria 11 Dec, 2020 @ 11:49pm
would like to be able to set amount consumed

To make it more fair, could you make it so it consumes gravel faster? Like, for example, 100g per second?

Thank you for this mod. It has significantly enhanced my game-play. I appreciate the time you spent to make this.

amm, on small ships doesn t work
raz334 5 May, 2017 @ 3:03pm
what you could do to balance it is make the gravel consumption rate considerably higher, that would actually make sense and be a great way to be rid of some stone... Thorium is only found in trace amounts so a lot of gravel would be needed to fuel it..

To those saying it should be Nerfed, look up Nuclear Thorium. It was and is a form of nuclear power that we should have used instead of Uranium because it is actually safe and does not leave and residual Radioactive Waste, It is also the most abundant power source known to man, because Thorium can be found inert and small quantities in all Dirt. The only reason Uranium was chosen is because you cannot make Nuclear warhead without a Uranium Reactor's Waste products. Thorium does not produce this.

at same use as uran time
gepard28 10 Jul, 2016 @ 3:56pm
0.075% would be more like it

Needs DX11....it's blacked out on my ship, but still works....:)

I haven't tried this new reactor yet, but do you think it is too OP when give out 75% power, while using Gravel (which is very common)?

I think the output power should be reduce greatly.
Anyway, thanks for this new reactor ^^

it works with my DX11
SonicBlue22 14 Nov, 2015 @ 8:07am

New Update to match the Increased power output of the bas game Reactors.
RustyTrader  [author] 30 Dec, 2014 @ 12:27am
What I can do is create a version that Compresses Gravel into a Fuel in the Assembler for the Reactor therby consuming more Gravel as fuel
Souper07 29 Dec, 2014 @ 2:43pm
Oh well, thanks for looking.
RustyTrader  [author] 29 Dec, 2014 @ 8:50am
It turns out there is no value for setting the burn rate.
RustyTrader  [author] 29 Dec, 2014 @ 8:41am
I will see if it is possible.
Souper07 28 Dec, 2014 @ 9:28pm
These are awesome, though I feel it is kindof cheating. Is it possible to make it consume gravel 2~3x faster?
