First time i hear that being reported.
without a reliable way to reproduce it and an rpt as an github issue, there isnt much i can do about that.

- Make the ai smoke another cigarette: not without scripting, manually giving them a new cigarette and stuff.
I was contemplating about a system that lets AI Smoke autonomous and have some ideas, but currently no time to implement it.

.psd is is a photoshop file.
.p3d is a model file.
If anything, you need to edit the .p3d with the object builder and update the texture paths for the model inside the p3d.
and the psd needs to be converted via .png to a .paa first

if i understand it right, its an issue about the 3d models. I had someone look at it before and "fix it" but it started happening again.
I am a scripter, i have absolutely fucking no clue about 3d models, even less in arma 3.
Its a "known issue" that i personally dont know how to fix.
if there's a .p3d warrior around reading this and is willing to help out, im very happy to fix this issue and to do a couple of other small changes to make the creation of new cigs so so much easier.

When it's only me is not a big deal, but usually we're more than 40 players smoking and then is when the server's performance starts to slow down.
Any tips? (besides maybe stop smoking all of us at the same time hahaha)

The changes in the last patch shouldn’t have a substantial impact at all.
Can't 100% guarantee its this mod but I'll comment again if our troubles subside after nixing this from the mission.

- CBA Events for API Support
- Fix: Cigs on AI - Multiple Cig Packs added to AI
- Potential Fix for cigs being added to players.
New: Cigs on AI.
Add's cig packs and lighters to AI, both placed in the mission.sqm but also spawned in during the mission. Configurable through CBA Settings. Default disabled.
