This is a really useful mod, which allows far better scaling of construction. Essentially the mechanics are that you build construction industry instead of sectors, which produce services that are utilised by construction camps which follow the size of the urban centre. Can also be increased through a building.

However: there is a bug that resets the production method every year or when the size of the construction camps change. Construction services (produced by construction industry and consumed by construction camps) also behaves like a good, but isnt. The price appears to set market wide, while production and consumption appear to only occur inside each state. This is problematic for a number of reasons.

TLDR - Very cool mod that needs some tweaking.
