Oh nope but you can download it using gmpublisher, the app that people normally use to publish addons, i can teach you if you want. you can pretty much download any addon there

as someone that have mostly all the Souls stuff from the workshop, like some privates and paid like pontiff sulhyvan, in general theses are the best maps to mess around with theses NPCS, they just lack the navmesh but still very cool!

If you dont known how to download maps from outside you gotta extract what is inside the folder to a map folder inside gmod
