Don't recall anyone making that. I tried it, but gave up shortly after because the file size ended up being too big for uploading and the results weren't worth it.

wasn't there a texture mod like this that mixed the textures from winter and Team Psykskallar aesthetics or am i schizophrenic

This is not a big problem but if you can have more time in the future to find a solution how fix that - it will be nicely.

Simple answer. Valve used indoor textures for outdoor areas and vice-versa.

It's good and very detalized mod but why snow textures exists everywhere? I mean that is it under the roof and inside in buildings, not only on roads and trees and etc. Maybe it's just a white floor paint color but I don't think so... In mod that you hate there is no just such thing.
