It should be standalone. You should not need Invictus and Terra-Indomita to be in the load order at all

Incredible work on this! This mod will be absolutely amazing once some of the major nations have flavor added to make them feel more unique and different.

Why is the ruler of Kharabakh Azerbaijani? If both in EU4 and historically the ruler is Armenian.

Also, there's an abandoned mod (I think 1204 - A Broken World) that has the island of Venice as a territory, might be helpful for you if it's reusable.
