@clop1000 (and @LeafyGrove from almost 2 years ago): I never bought Rising Tide, but it is such a simplistic mod and it affects something so basic that I have no reason to think it wouldn't work. Of course, let me know if that's not the case.
clop1000 27 Jun, 2020 @ 11:42pm
Does it work with RT?

2 or 3 unit per tile those mods doesnt works with the dlc game :( it keep saying transfer in mod interface (in game ) but it never load...

Personally I wish they stuck with Civ IV's way of handling it and deal with it the way Realism Invictus does and have a Logistics Limit that when exceeded caused penalities for the units on that title, the more over the limit you are the worse the penalities.

#Nebula: You want twelve units per tile?
Nebula 20 Jan, 2019 @ 3:44pm
can you mod it for 12 for BE only ?
Theorden 15 Jan, 2019 @ 1:59pm
I HATE the one unit per tile rule, in late game it makes the game so annoying.
masternetra 10 Aug, 2018 @ 12:27pm
Does this work with Rising Tide?

Finally, I'vebeen looking for this for a long time.

I really LOVE this mod, NICE WORK!

@cow99: The game designers are committed to 1UPT for Civ5 and its progeny. Note this isn't ideal without some changes to the UI (which I might get around to doing at some point), and the AI doesn't use it as effectively as they should, but there you go.

As for 2UPT, yes:

A good idea. I hope the game designers find a way of implementng this in some form.. do you have a 2 units per tile variant?
alex.vagni 14 Aug, 2015 @ 2:54am
i like this mod

Thank you! I´ve been waiting for this a long time. Never understood anyway why they changed that in one of the previous Civs...
Kaitax 30 Nov, 2014 @ 12:26pm
I have actually considered that this would make the whole game better. The main tiles should be split up into three for three unites per main tile.
I didnt know someone already did this! :D Awesome
This solves so much^^

If you subscribed to it then it will be in your mod list (when you go into game). You might have to start a new game for the mod to work though.
shmullenator 22 Nov, 2014 @ 8:25am
After subscribing how do I install the mod?
Delliardo 21 Nov, 2014 @ 3:58pm
This mod does not actually change saved games. What you need to do is uncheck "Affects saved games." What that actually means is "A game saved with this mod activated can not be loaded if the mod is deactivated." "Affects Saved Games" does not mean it will change a saved game that did not have this mod initially. Firaxis mislabeled that.

Been playing civ5 for 2 years now, without this. Where has this mod been all that time...
I guess where I wasn't looking :p
This solves everything - no stacks of doom and no unit barriers. The 1upt question has been answered afaic. Thanks a lot :)

Great and very usefull Mod!
Nutzzz  [author] 9 Nov, 2014 @ 7:33am
@Jones: Thanks for the troubleshooting. I made this in ModBuddy; that line doesn't do anything, it's a comment. The problem was... I'm an idiot. I renamed the file and it lost it's setting to actually update the database. So it wasn't doing anything. I've updated it, and it should work now.
Corporal Jones 8 Nov, 2014 @ 1:35pm
Combat units are able to share tiles too, just checked.
Corporal Jones 8 Nov, 2014 @ 1:13pm
Yes, this seems to be the pronlem Nutzzz. The original civ5 3UPT was designed with the "Mod Buddy" the one here wasn`t and for some reason the game doesn`t seem to recognise the one without the "Mod Buddy" tag to it, other than that their both identical codes. So maybe this one needs to be updated throught the Mod Buddy or simply use the Civ5 3upt in this place.
I`ve just checked and the original 3UPT (Civ5 one) is working correctly in this game. Workers can move on the same tile as i expect the combat units will to.
Everyone, just copy 3upt from Civ5 and paste it into mod files for Beyond Earth. You will however have to start a new game ;(
Good luck and no more 1 upt ;))
Delliardo 8 Nov, 2014 @ 12:12pm
I can't get this mod to work. I however did take Corporal Jones' advice and copied the Civ V 3UPT mod over, and that one worked like a charm.
Scrooge McDuck 8 Nov, 2014 @ 6:30am
Fantastic. For balance I also lower range of 'archers' (rangers) to 1.
Kim Jong-Un 8 Nov, 2014 @ 5:53am
Can't seem to get this working either. Or the 2UPT version. I am running a few other mods, so maybe interference. Shame.
Corporal Jones 7 Nov, 2014 @ 1:44pm
Btw Nutzzz, i just tried a civ 5 game with the original 3 units per tile and the civ units do share tiles , just saying as its the same code as this mod.
reeder1 7 Nov, 2014 @ 1:20pm
This does not work, even tried the load out/load in mod work around.
Corporal Jones 7 Nov, 2014 @ 12:22pm
Is this working for anyone else ?
Nutzzz  [author] 7 Nov, 2014 @ 9:31am
The AI does use this, though not as effectively as it should.
Kaiserkane 6 Nov, 2014 @ 9:06pm
Does the AI make use of this? Would be quite OP if only the human knew it worked :P
Fņŏŕď 6 Nov, 2014 @ 6:08pm
Ahhh Ty
