I really only made it to use for myself since I liked playing as the forerunners a lot, but then it occurred to me that I could upload it too since there aren't any forerunner advisor mods

OMG thank you for this! Halo 4 was a bit of a mixed bag, but Keith Szarabajka's performance of the Didact was one of my favorite things from it! Instant subscribe.
