@Alpha-1918 You know that's actually a good idea! That's what the rank is now called in the mod

@NicaEM For those ranks I want to keep it close to the vanilla rank name because I feel that it might not be immediately obvious to most players what country rank that is supposed to be if i change its name too much

What about Filler Character for Unrecognized Power and Recurrent Character for Unrecognized Regional Power ?...

Rename "Decentralized character" to "Background character"
