This is the fourth time I've met you (train)!

I tried three times on the German site but it didn't work (when I download it, I get two files, one of which is not necessary) (Even if I subscribed to the base mod, unzip this download file, put them in one file and change the name of the download, it doesn't appear on the mod screen). The German person commented "Thank you" so I confirmed that it was normal. I was I was too embarrassed to ask, so it took three tries.
