You have overwritten the pops file for Western Europe in 00_west_europe.txt
This mod is just meant to add names.
Instead, this mod cannot be used with any mod that doesn't start with Bohemia independent - or it erases the entire czech population from the world.

This mod should not touch the history files. Right now it's an absolute compatibility torpedo.
