@Sanio Essentially ReactionAPI does the heavy lifting by calculating the qualities that are currently present, as well as providing some utilities such as marking which items are blind or getting the various glitched items from a pedestals (granted these utilities are only really useful if you're not using Repentogon).

The Port Pack ports the old mods to the newer system, however it also provides it's own api so that you may simply provide a set of costumes, music or sounds and it automatically applies them.

That way you don't have to code the logic, or have to implement a menu and save data for storing user settings.

port pack requires reaction api but it has it's own api to create reactions without needing to code the logic

im an idiot, i was assuming the dance needed to change on the tier 4 reaction section, but instead you change the dance in the dance menu to gangnam

You have to change the reaction port pack config in the mod config menu (L or f10 on keyboard, R3 on controller)
