Hello, this mod is very easy to use, it would be better if there was a feature that restricts private buildings.

It seems the block of the information about how many investements the government and the private owners do is not really useful. One can see this infromation below and these static lines just eat space on the window. Without them the dialog might look cleaner and be more convinient in use.

Does the AI use this to increase private allocation if it's investment pool is filling up and it dosn't have enough construction for the investment pool?
